Company limited registration application documents pursuant
to the regulations will be provided by our office. When
all necessary documents are prepared we will act on
your behalf and proceed by submitting the paperwork
for registration until completion. In case of a company
with its head office overseas that wishes to establish
a branch office in Thailand, the required documentation
will be made available.
Company Register Fee:
- Registration
charge for a limited company is 6,000 baht.
- The fee for company registration is 7,000 baht for
each 1,000,000-baht registered capilal.
- The service application charges for Vat & Tax
ID card is 3,000 baht.
- The service for changing company registration detail
3,000 baht.
Accounting Services
After registering your company in Thailand, you
will have to comply with the requirements of the Thai
Civil and Commercial Code. Our accounting personnel
are available to assist and advise in the registration
and maintenence of your accounts.
Tax and Social Security
Services
We will advise and help you to ensure that
you follow the Revenue code and any regulations correctly
, This includes VAT reporting and filing, payroll reporting
and filing, withholding tax reporting in the following
areas.
Summary explanations of tax and social security reports
are as follows:
1.Personal
income tax for all company employees. If you are
planning to qualify for a work permit, the minimum number
of employees under Thai law presently is five (four
Thai employees plus yourself). The personal income tax
report is due by the 7th of each month for the preceding
month.
2.
Value added tax report on all sales and business
transactions, due by the 15th of each month for the
preceding month. Any Company with an Income over Baht
1,800,000.- per year must register their VAT (Value
Added Tax of 7% of basic tax from sale of merchandise
or service fee). Should the annual income be less than
the minimum sale level, a company can voluntarily apply
for VAT registration.
3. Withholding tax report, is due by the
15th of each month for the preceding month.
4. Monthly social security payments, are
now mandatory for all registered companies, regardless
of the number of employees.
