Is the company registration process by BBA complicated?
A Except your
personal documents, BBA will prepare all the other
needed documents and lodge them on your behalf.

How do I form a company?
A After
the completion of memorandum of association,
the first thing to do is to hold a shareholder
meeting to form a company, where the company
founder confers the business to the appointed
committee. The committee then collect money
of share capital from the company founder and
other shareholders before company registration
process. BBA will prepare all the documents
on your behalf.
Q Can
I choose any name I want for my company?
A List three
names, with your most preference on top of the
list. BBA will check with the Trade Development
Department??, to make sure the names have not
been used by others and will inform you within
two days. The company name registration must
be done within 30 days after the names were
approved by the registrar. Otherwise the names
must be re-submitted.

Can a single person form a company?
A Thai Law
stipulates that a limited company must be formed
by at least 7 persons. BBA can suggest other
partners in the case where you are not able
to find any. All you have to do is to contact
us.

How many shares can I hold in a limited company?
A According
to Thai Law, a non-Thai shareholder can have
no more than 50 per cent of the registered capital
while the remaining part must be held by Thai
citizens. Again, in the case where you do not
have any shareholder partners, BBA is more than
happy to give advices.

What should I do if I do not have a location
for doing business in Thailand?
A For foreign
investors who do not have a location in Thailand
and are looking for the location for doing business,
BBA offers Virtual Office Service. A street
address will be provided to be used as your
business address in Thailand.
